Manali to Leh:

Total Distance: 196kms

Route: Manali – Chhatru – Batal – Pangmo – Spiti Valley

Travel Time: 5hrs.


A bike tour from Manali to Spiti Valley is one of the spectacular expeditions. The major highlight of the tour is the beautiful mountain ranges and breathtaking valleys. Though the travel distance is shorter, the terrain is somewhat challenging. You have to travel 196kms through Chatru, Batal, and Pangmo to reach Spiti Valley. 


After driving nearly for 20kms, you will reach a village called Hikkim. Here you will come across the “World’s Highest Post Office.” built at an elevation of 14,566ft. During your bike tour, you can also opt to stay at Chander Taal and enjoy deluxe camping, stargazing, and bonfire. 


There is one more route from Manali – Jispa – Sarchu – Leh – Nubra – Pangong – Upshi – Jispa – Manali.


Total Riding Distance: 1360kms.


The ride from Manali to Leh is one of the best rides you can go on. On the way, the travelers will come across several scenic passages like Khardung la Pass, Rohtang Pass, Gulaba, and Darcha Pass. When you are traveling, don’t forget to carry windproof jackets and thermal wear as the temperature uphill might be very cold.

Best Riding Season: The best time to ride through the Manali to Leh Highway would be in July, August, and September.

Srinagar to Leh and Manali

Best Riding Season: The good time to take this tour is from November to February, as the place is rather dry and hot. Also, the winters are bearable.

Leh / Ladakh

Leh is a picturesque tourist spot to visit. You can explore umpteen valleys and breathtaking views in this place. By embarking on a bike trip, you can tour all the significant sightseeing places like Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace, Ladakh Hall of Fame, and Spituk Gumpa. 


You can even drive across the alluring Nubra Valley and the captivating Hunder Sand Dunes which are a few must-visit places to go to. Ahmedabad to Rann of Kutch:

The route you can opt for is Ahmedabad – Dholavira – Mandvi – Bhuj – Kutch. You can explore these beautiful destinations within 4-5 days. To experience the local lifestyle, choose a package that comprises a night stay in the mud houses locally called Bhunga.

Shillong to Cherrapunji, Dawki, and Mawlynnong:

The bike ride through this route gives lots of thrill and is a treat to nature lovers. There are an array of spots to visit along this way such as the Elephant falls, Mawsmai Caves, Dawki Bridge, and the Living Root Bridge. It takes about 5 days to complete this ride, considering the numerous stops and places to visit on the way. This bike tour in India is all about its experience in natural surroundings.

Best Season to Ride: This ride is perfect to take all year round

Western Arunachal Pradesh:

If you opt for the route from Guwahati – Nameri National Park – Dirang – Tawang – Zemithang. Enjoy the enthralling bike ride along the routes amidst the bounteous lush green surroundings. Kerala:

Kerala is one of the most bewitching places to visit in South India. Instead of driving your car or opting a public transport, try riding a bike. It gives an amazing feeling to ride amid the lush greenery in Kerala. The major highlights of the bike journey are the breathtaking beauty of nature around, the cool breeze, the chirping of the birds, friendly local people, and yummy food. 


The tour generally starts from Cochin and will continue along the Arabian coastal region towards the hilly areas of the state.
